Fairly new hotel but poor maintenance. Booked a non smoking room but the whole 10th floor smells like ciggerete, or maybe the smoke seeped in between the floor. Stains on bed sheets and pillow cases is common. But room is spacious. No hairdryer in room. Overlooking the mountain so room has a good view.

the lifts were very slow ( u can see below in the photos where there was a small crowd waiting for the lifts), one of the lift stopped working ( idk if there were ppl still inside or not🤷🏻‍♀️) . The ac wasn't working, beds were dirty (had stains) and the towels were also dirty , it had yellow stains on it. …

Tried the 100k rupiah pool pass that comes with food and drink, have to say it's not good value for money. The pool is not that clean and it has a slippery floor. The food itself is pretty mediocre, we got some dimsum and ice tea for the package

My wife booked online for 3 adults..we check in room 608 on the 21st till 23rd Dec 23..i called up no 2 from the room phone..i asked for xtra bath towel..hotel.can only provide the bath towel if we pay for xtra bed..then why we mentioned 3 adults during the booking ?

Front desk have no friendly manners. Get in to room . Room itself has spacious room approximately 300sqft. I have queen bed I am paying idr 699.000 and add extra bed for idr 200.000 But man It was dirty as hell . I had to tell them to change the bed cover before I am putting my tired body over it. Restroom were molding already. I am not recommending this Hotel to anyone if you’re stay there with your company or even for yourself. Spend your hard earn money some where pls thank you

We was surprised that we were staying at one of the tallest building in Singkawang! 😍 Overall experience is superb, hotel staffs were friendly and helpful. The only con was electricity trips several times during our stay 😅 but its understandable cause Indonesia always short circuit. We ordered room service for dinner, was too tiring working whole day. Must try the beef burger and pisang Goreng (fried banana)! The pisang Goreng was fried with bread crumb which was surprising yummy 🍞👍👍 Highly recommended for your stay in Singkawang 💪🏻💪🏻

They have the best view, either from the room or from the pool. But, the bathroom, we can't locked it - that's the one of the minus from me. They also didn't have any bathroom mat in our room when stayed in this hotel. Other than that, it's okay. Love the interior design!
